1Service Description
Cosmic Baby Star is an e-commerce platform that produces personalized astrological birth chart analysis reports. Our services include digital PDF reports and physical print products (booklet, poster). Reports are calculated with Swiss Ephemeris precision and interpreted by a professional astrologer.
2Orders and Payment
An order is created when the form on our website is completed and payment is processed. Payments are securely collected through Stripe. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. The order is processed after the confirmation email is sent.
3Delivery
PDF reports are delivered via email and are typically prepared within 1-24 hours. Physical products are produced through Gelato and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary by country. The shipping tracking number is communicated via email.
4Returns and Cancellations
Digital products (PDF reports) are non-refundable after delivery. Physical products with manufacturing defects are reproduced free of charge. Calculation or interpretation errors in reports are corrected free of charge. Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
5Content Disclaimer
Cosmic Baby Star reports are prepared for entertainment and personal development purposes. Astrological interpretations are not scientific or medical advice. Our reports should not be used to guide any health, financial, or legal decisions. The user uses the reports at their own responsibility.
6Intellectual Property
The Cosmic Baby Star brand, website design, report templates, and interpretation texts are protected by copyright. Reports are for personal use only; commercial reproduction, distribution, or sale is prohibited.

8Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of dispute, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
